Meet the Designer
Hi, I’m Kristin Mellema. As a native midwestern, wife, mom of six, and interior designer, my life is constantly changing and rebalancing. Because of my busy schedule and entrepreneurial ventures, I turned my home into a beautiful, functional workhorse, one that can withstand a little grit and a lot of long days.
Conveniently, this is also what I do for my clients. Whether they are building a new home, remodeling, or transforming their place of business, I align myself with their goals and help them create the atmosphere of peace, harmony, and balance they’ve always needed.

When we purchased a 1973 house that was in need of updating, we knew we needed to bring in an expert to help solve some of our layout and design issues and maximize our existing space. Kristin was the perfect person for the job. She is a dream to work with, she has a great understanding of how to make the most of a space and provided us with multiple options for layouts. She also helped us bring our space to life and achieve our vision for how it looked by assisting with picking out finishes, light fixtures, tile and more. We are so thankful for the work she did - it helped us create a space that is truly perfect for our family and has worked well for the way we live!
