Renting the space includes access to the lounge, conference area, kitchen, restroom, and all furniture in those spaces.
Event Rental:
3 hr minimum (includes set up and tear down time)
$85/hr
$50 cleaning fee for events serving food/drink
Wedding Party Rental:
6 hr minimum (includes set up and tear down time)
$510 rental fee
$50 cleaning fee for events serving food/drink
